How it works
The support is provided directly by the developers and
available to all our users.
For this reason, we usually do not provide phone consultations
and strive to respond to email requests within the same business
How to report a problem
First, please make sure you are running the
latest available version.
If not, the problem may already be addressed, and then upgrading
DebugWave will resolve it.
Before upgrading, you may want to check out
Release Notes where we provide detailed information
on new features, resolved issues and all other changes affecting

how to keep DebugWave updated.

If possible, please include any technical details that may help
to reproduce the problem.
At very least we will need to know the host operating system,
the type of the probe and the target chip. Thank you!
